Anyone who knows...knows. Chocolate Factory is one of the best subs in MKE. The fragile crusty exterior of the breads, the unique flavor profiles, all wrapped up with a nice piece of chocolate at the end. The folks at this one were friendly, helpful, and very efficient!

I have only been here once and probably wouldn't come back. The sandwich was pretty good, but not gonna lie - a previous reviewer is right, you could get better at Subway. However I did not experience the poor customer service some others have. I did like the quiet, almost cafe, feel. There was also a minty chocolate after dinner mint which was a nice touch. They did have a wide variety of ice cream as well and several were purchased while i ate. However, i think they need a better name. I honestly stopped in because i was looking to buy chocolate for someone and i only stayed because i needed to eat lunch anyway. It was not really clear that this is a sandwich shop too. No chocolate other than the after dinner mint and one or two ice cream flavors are even offered to be consumed here. It would be like panera bread being known for its croutons. It could be found there, but is far from the shop's focus. Weird.

It was late on a week night and we were out in West Bend, hungry and no place was open. Tried this little place in a strip mall called the Chocolate Factory and they were open till 10 - Score! Walked in and it was like a little old time ice cream shop. The staff greeted us immediately from behind the counter, instantly a very friendly and homey vibe. We had questions about the menu, never being at a CF before and they were extremely helpful. Our order was taken with a smile and a genuine Thank You and we only waited a few minutes and our order was piping hot, fresh and done. We had subs and chili and it was fantastic. I had a hot ham & cheese sub, my son had a meatball sub and hubby had an Italian one. Quality food, I was impressed. The shop was very clean and no a thing was out of place. I can't express enough how friendly the staff was. Great place and if I'm back in the area - a definite return customer.
